Plastic compound polyvinylchloride for isolation
And protective environments of wires and cables
About production
Plastic compounds represent òåðìîïëàñòè÷íûå the materials received by processing of polyvinylchloride compositions, are issued in the form of granules. Depending on scopes and conditions of operation of products, various properties are given to plastic compounds. It is reached by use in a composition of softeners, stabilizers, and modifiers in various combinations.
Plastic compounds on the basis of PVC possess significant mechanical durability and water resistance, high temperature constancy to low temperatures, good isolation properties, racks to deleting and to action of acids and alkalis are not dissolved in gasoline and kerosene. Plastic compounds on the basis of PVC easily are exposed to welding and pasting.
Application:
Mark I-40-13A, rec. 8/2
It is intended for manufacturing isolation of wires and the cables working in a range of temperatures from a minus 40°C, up to plus 70°C and order of size of specific volume of electric resistance at 20°Ñ – 1013.
Mark O-40 rec. OM-40
It is intended for manufacturing protective environments of wires and the cables working in a range of temperatures from a minus 40 ° C, up to plus 70 ° C.
Packing:
Polyvinylchloride bags 20-25 kg.
Marks:
Marks of plastic compound is put according to GOST 5960-72.
